A Strategic Investment in Our Future Talent
Emerging Leaders Program
The Emerging Leaders (EL) program is a strategic investment in our organization's future, designed to engage young professionals while supporting our scholars and alumni.
How Board Members Can Help:
- REFER TALENT: Refer Emerging Leaders (ELs) in your professional and personal networks to get involved. We recognize the demands on their time during this pivotal life stage (new careers, new families), and we offer flexible paths to participation.
-
- Membership Tiers: Social (Free) | Leadership ($150/year)
- PARTICIPATE IN EL EVENTS: Attend and actively participate in EL events to show support and foster connections.
- Professional Breakthroughs: A Fireside Chat: Attend the event, and/or consider serving as a featured speaker. View past videos here.
- Happy Hours: Encourage your network to attend these events as we promote Breakthrough Schools and the opportunities our EL group provides.
- FACILITATE CORPORATE INTRODUCTIONS: Introduce Karen Solomon to your organization's leadership. She can present on how partnering with the EL group supports their talent trajectory while making a tangible difference in the lives of our scholars and alumni.
